About Director:
Dr Sraban Mukherjee received his M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He has around 30 years professional experience in large corporations in India , where he worked at leadership levels in human resource function, handling various critical HR assignments at business and corporate strategic levels. He previously worked with Grasim Industries Ltd, J K Organisation, Thomson Press, Hero Group at various leadership levels. Before joining this college, he was Director at Hindustan College of Science and Technology.
He is a trained assessor for individual and organizational assessment, qualified for the administration of MBTI and licensed for administration of DISC. He graduated in Coaching and got ACC credential from International Coach Federation, USA. He had undertaken large consulting assignments for various MNC, PSU and private organizations in India. Some of his consulting clients are Alcatel-Lucent, Seco Tools, Ansaldo STS, NHPC, NTPC, Insta Group, Onida, ONGC, GAIL, JSW Steel, SAIL, ABM Knowledgeware, etc. He travelled extensively in Asia and EU countries. He has published several research papers in international reviewed journals and has been quoted several times in national dailies.
