Three attested sets of documents given below at Sl. No.1 Sl. No. to 14 are required
1. High School (10th) Marksheet
2. High School (10th) Certificate.
3. Intermediate (12th) Marksheet
4. Intermediate (12th) Certificate.
5. Diploma / Graduation Marksheet
6. Diploma / Graduation Certificate (Provisional/Degree)
7. Original Migration and Transfer Certificate from University/Board/School last attended.
8. Original Character Certificate from Institute last attended.
9. Original Admission / Call letter allotted by UPTU.
10. Certificate of Medical fitness from Registered MBBS Doctor.
11. Photocopy of counseling fee receipts deposited by the candidate.
12. Affidavit for gap period, if any
13. Domicile Certificate required for Board/University other than U.P.
14. Caste Certificate and Income Certificate issued by the Tehsildar/ SDM in original. If the guardian is working, income certificate will be issued by the organization for availing the income basis scholarship. This is applicable to guardian whose income is below 1 lakh (one lakh) per annum.
15. Six latest Coloured & six black & white passport size photographs.
16. DD must be prepared in favour of ITS ENGINEERING COLLEGE, payable at Greater Noida/Ghaziabad.
